Educational Video Games that kids actually enjoy playing? From everything I’ve read it seems as if that’s the case. LeapFrog has been around for years now and to be honest I don’t have any personal experience with them although I’ve heard good things through the grapevine.
The best way to help kids learn is to find a way to get them interested in learning. Pretty much all kids I know enjoy playing video games so this seems like a great way to encourage learning without having to try. When I was a kid I had a little computer toy game that I’d play hangman on and do some timed math facts and that kept me interested. Kids nowadays have it good.
They also have a great selection of games available that I hope to go through soon and try to find some of the more highly thought of to suggest.
